Our Services Provides

A genuine commitment to support our local community in providing a professional and confidential counselling service, including NDIS participants (plan-managed or self-managed) and WorkCover Queensland clients. Our Services also provides a Children's Contact Service (supervised visitation and changeover), a Critical Incident Support Service, Employee Assistance Program's, and Supervision for Counsellors, Mental Health Professionals & Support Workers. Our schedule of fees is available for download on our 'Resources' page. Private Health Fund Rebates available.

Counselling

Individuals accessing our Services are supported in a safe, respectful and welcoming environment to address any issues that are affecting them.
Our Qualified Counsellors ensure that all clients have their individual needs met, and where necessary, are provided with supported referrals to other services, as required.
Counselling is By Appointment.

Critical Incident Support Service

We provide confidential support to those impacted by an event which is often unexpected and poses an actual or perceived threat to an individual's well being which may produce a strong emotional response and can temporarily overwhelm an individual's ability to cope.

Children's Contact Service

We offer a child-focused space for children and their families to spend time together, providing a safe, neutral and flexible service for parents, children and their families. Options we offer include:

Separate intake appointments for each parent
Orientation visits for each parent and child/ren
Facilitated changeover

An Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provides your business with the opportunity to reduce its people risks by providing confidential and effective counselling to employees (and in some case, their immediate families).
